Fresh & Fabulous is family-owned and operated. 

We’ve been around since 2006 when we started in

a 950 sq. ft. cafe in the Historic Woolworth Building

in Downtown Oxnard.

Two cafe moves, two sons, one pandemic and 18 years later, we turned a thriving cafe business into an even better Medically Tailored Meals catering company.

Magda's education as a registered dietitian and 7 years prior work experience in consulting to senior meal programs in LA came in very handy when converting to serving the seniors in our community.

We have a team of dedicated dietitians, kitchen staff and drivers who now specialize in serving Medically Tailored Meals throughout Ventura County as a provider for

Gold Coast Health Plan

(Medi-cal for Ventura County).
